I knew the moment Kayla and I first talked that we were going to make magic with her and Aj’s maternity session. This sexy mama knew what she wanted but also was willing to let me have creative fun all at the same time. These two are just so in love and it shows in their portraits. I didn’t have to say “now, love on each other.” They just did naturally and wow what an amazing result if you can’t tell. Kayla wanted to use my elegant bed set which is my all time favorite set so I was thrilled to get her in the studio. When a mom is very open to getting “undressed” for more of a boudoir type session, we can easily let the time get away from us. I’m pretty sure we could have photographed for hours but they live out of state which is pretty common for me to have long distance travelers to my studio. So I tried my best to reign it in but as you can see this is only a fraction of their gallery…. I really love the touch of Kayla’s Posh Print robe -a favorite gift from her baby shower. We discussed this item during her consultation and we also planned to use the matching wrap for her princess when she arrived. I have photographed that session as well and will share it soon. But for now, drink in this amazing woman and don’t hate her man who gets to stare at her daily! Kayla YOU are a GODDESS!
